"Passion for Precision" – these three words perfectly describe what Dörr CNC-Technik GmbH in Ober-Ramstadt stands for. We have been located in this area since 1927 – initially in Wembach where our warehouse is now located, and since 2008 in the newly constructed production and administration building at Röhrstraße 9. We operate over 30 new metal machining systems here in three shifts.

Flexibility

We can produce one centimeter large parts just as easily as finished pieces one meter in size. We work according to 3D models provided by customers as well as drawings or standard parts. We also fabricate individual precision parts. We have been DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified for over a decade. Education is important to us – highly trained cutting machine operators complete their apprenticeships with us every year. Many of them stay with us.

Confidentiality

Data security, confidentiality and discretion have been a basic requirement in customer relations for decades. We specialize in pilot runs – prototypes which show what is possible. We are convinced: Metal is a living material. This is why we machine it with modern tools, motivated employees and state of the art technology.

Our Biggest Asset

At Dörr CNC-Technik GmbH, quality means that we work to a precision of one µ. Delivering individually verified parts with 100 percent documentation upon request is a matter of course for us. Our quality assurance staff performs testing around the clock to meet our product stewardship commitment. Completely satisfied customers are our biggest asset in this regard. Whether we are using the Zeiss Contura G2, a complex 3D measuring machine, the profile projector, the contracer or the surface profiler - Dörr Precision is only manufactured at Dörr and Dörr always delivers Dörr Precision.
